Description
The IBHS Coordinator will have supervisory responsibilities that will include: clinical supervision and oversight of the program, growth of the program, scheduling and assigning of MT/BC cases, supervision of IBHS staff, attending client and administrative meetings, additional tasks as assigned. This is a full-time, 45 hours per week position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing clinical supervision and oversight of the IBHS program
- Dedication and enthusiasm for growing the program
- Scheduling and assigning Mobile Therapist/Behavioral Consultant cases
- Supervision over all County IBHS staff, including Case Managers, Support Staff, MT/BC’s, and BHT’s.
- Attending client and administrative meetings
- Perform additional tasks, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (must meet at least one):
- Be licensed as a psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification.
- Be licensed as a behavior specialist AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.
- Be licensed as a social worker AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.
- Be licensed as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of BHRS (or IBHS) AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.
CLEARANCES: (Prospective employee must have the following clearances before servicing clients.) 1. PA State Child Abuse Clearance (Upon hire, before working with clients, and every year thereafter) 2. Pennsylvania State Criminal Background Check (Upon hire, before working with clients, and every year thereafter) 3. FBI Clearance

Loan Repayment Program(LRP) Approved Practice Site: Ponessa Behavioral Health is a primary outpatient behavioral health care loan repayment program (LRP) approved practice site, offering educational loan repayment to practitioners who provide care within a designated region. The LRP offers grant funding to be used to repay qualifying educational debt in exchange for a two-year full-time or half-time service commitment at an LRP-approved practice site. Primary care providers including Physicians, Physician Assistants, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists are eligible to apply for the educational loan repayment in response to a competitive Request for Applications (RFA) from the PA Department of Health. Physicians are eligible to receive up to $100,000 of loan repayment for a full-time service commitment or up to $50,000 for a half-time service commitment. All other disciplines are eligible to receive up to $60,000 of loan repayment for a full-time service commitment or up to $30,000 for a half-time service commitment.
