Ponessa Behavioral Health offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, career growth, and work-life balance. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 30 days, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that includes mental health support and paid holidays.
